Restaurant Key Employee is responsible for taking orders, cashiering, and performs other various duties assigned in the Food & Beverage department to ensure sufficient staffing in all areas of the Restaurant or Bar. They are proficient in money handling. They can make correct changes and keep all receipts and paperwork organized. They must have excellent customer service skills, as they are the first interaction with the guests. This position may be assigned to multiple positions within the Food and Beverage Department such as Server, Busser, Cashier, Cook, Dishwasher, Host, and Expeditor. Performs all functions in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations, mission and objectives of Sugar Creek Casino, and the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes, as well as established policies, procedures, and controls.
