The Food and Beverage Key Employee is responsible for taking orders, cashiering and performs other various duties assigned in the Food & Beverage department to ensure sufficient staffing in all areas of the Restaurant or Bar. They are proficient in money handling. They can make correct change and keep all receipts and paperwork organized. They must have excellent customer service skills, as they are the first interaction with the guests.
